Pressley Counseling and Wellness
Meet Dr. Pressley, she is a dynamic speaker, Licensed as a Professional Counselor in Maryland, Virginia and Alabama (Virtual sessions available). Certified Yoga Instructor, Reiki Certified and Wellness Consultant as well as a dynamic group and workshop facilitator. She has been an advocate for Mental Health and Wellness field for over 20 years. Her areas of expertise include; parenting relationships, wellness, self-care, stress, life changes, adolescent development, and professional ethics. Self-care and overall mental health/wellness is her primary focus. She is focus on encouraging and empowering parents to take care of themselves to be emotional available for their families. Also, coming from a healthy family and she focuses on helping individuals evolved into healthier families.

Meet Sherie Luevano she is our new pre-licensed counselor and recent graduate from Trinity Washington University. Please contact the office to schedule an appointment starting January, 2025. She will be seeing clients in-person and virtually under the Supervision of Dr. Pressley. She will focus on seeing individuals and couples.
